Space4Climate gathers the UK’s Earth Observation community focussed on researching and delivering trustworthy environmental data in support of climate action. We will be bringing a showcase of this expertise in action to EMEX London, the UK’s Net Zero and Energy Management Expo, taking place in London from November 23rd-24th.

Chaired by the UK Space Agency, Space4Climate’s members span government, industry and academia, uniting those with expertise in the development of satellites, analysis and exploitation of data they gather, and production of quality-assured global data and climate services.

Decision support and monitoring
Climate data from space can be used to provide information on past changes and future scenarios for Earth’s full diversity of environments. Understanding variability in a location – what is ‘normal’, as well as how this is changing – is important for a variety of climate services.
